Coaching Process

In a Coaching process we work on a specific objective that the person wants to achieve at any level: personal, family, couple, spiritual, work, etc. The accompaniment allows the person to observe his or her reality from a different perspective than the current one, which opens possibilities and allows transformation.

Through Coaching you can achieve medium or long term goals. This is an option for those who want to achieve a transformation through personal work. 

In a Coaching process, the client defines a goal to achieve at the end of the agreed sessions (depending on the objective to be treated, it can go from 6 to 10 sessions). In each session, "small" objectives are set that contribute to the main objective.

 

I work with tools from 3 different types of Coaching:

- Ontological Coaching: It understands the human being from 3 main spheres: language, body and emotions.

- Transpersonal Coaching: Works at the level of the "being", that deeper sphere that understands us as people.

- Systemic Coaching: Understands the individual as part of a system, so that interactions with others are essential for its development.

 

Some common examples of issues that are addressed in coaching processes: "I want to acquire the necessary skills to get a promotion in my job", "I want to learn to manage my time better", "I want to achieve a more loving relationship with my partner and children" or "I would like to improve my interpersonal relationships".
