Parts Therapy

What is this therapy useful for?

Our "I" is composed of several parts, within the most basic we could talk about the physical part, the emotional part, the intellectual part and the spiritual part; however we can find more areas that constitute us according to the roles we play, such as: the adult part, the child part, the mother or father part, the protector part, the wise part, etc.

Often we find that one of these parts has a conflict or is in conflict with another part, which translates into conflicts for the person.

Situations such as: "One part of me wants to leave this relationship, but another part of me does not allow it", "I know I am capable of passing that exam, but there is something inside me that tells me the opposite" or "When I feel anxious, I resort to eating chocolate and even though I know it does me no good, I cannot stop"; are some examples of conflicts that one of our parts may be provoking.

 

The Parts Therapy helps us to identify, dialogue and heal these parts that are in dispute and allow us to recover the balance through agreements for a better interaction between the different areas that compose us.

 

In this therapy we use deep relaxation and hypnosis techniques to access your subconscious mind and from there, hold a dialogue with the parts you need to work with. Only until we know what this part of us needs, is that we can begin to heal.
